El vocero de la Junta Electoral, Carlos Amaya, exhortó a la población a respetar la veda electoral en las redes sociales
Carlos Amaya, vocero de la Junta Electoral Provincial, en diálogo con Café Prensa despejo las dudas referentes al comicio electoral que se celebrará mañana para renovar las autoridades locales.
Amaya destacó que para emitir el sufragio es necesario contar con el documento físico y que la versión digital de la aplicación no es válida para votar. Además, resalto que todos los otros documentos físicos están habilitados, como la libreta verde, celeste, libreta cívica, etc. También hizo hincapié, en que la versión habilitada para votar es la que figure en el padrón, por lo tanto, “ese es el que hay que llevar y presentar en la mesa de votación hasta acá”.
Respecto a cómo se estaba desarrollando el clima previo a las elecciones, el vocero de la Junta destacó que todo el cronograma se estaba desarrollando tranquilamente. En cuanto a los espectáculos y horario de cierre de locales gastronómicos, Amaya explicó que debido a los comicios eventos deportivos y espectáculos que impliquen una masiva presencia de gente fueron suspendidos, mientras que otros que no tenían garantía de mucha convocatoria se mantuvieron. El objetivo “es tratar de que no haya ningún tipo de incidente de convulsión social que pueda perturbar esa jornada tan importante”, afirmó Amaya.
No obstante, aclaró que los locales gastronómicos permanecerán abiertos hasta las 24 horas, como así también las reuniones privadas estarán permitidas hasta esa hora. Sin embargo, aclaró que la venta y consumo de bebidas alcohólicas regirá desde las 20 horas en los sectores públicos.
Respecto a la veda y redes sociales, el vocero aclaró que si bien las redes son posteriores a la sanción del Código Electoral y el mismo al no haber sido actualizado no se encuentran contempladas expresamente. Desde la Junta Electoral se exhorta a la población como a los partidos políticos a que ese ámbito también se cumpla la veda, ya que el código expresa “muy claramente que deben respetarse la veda en todos los medios de difusión. Si las redes son usadas como medio de difusión, en este caso de una propaganda política, no es cierto, bueno, debe respetarse aquí también”.
Finalmente, respecto al mito de que el primer elector que vote puede reemplazar al presidente de Mesa en caso de ausencia durante el comicio, Amaya aclaró que desde la Junta están tratando de garantizar “la presencia de un presidente y un vocal en cada una de las mesas. Entonces, ante la ausencia de estos dos, en alguna mesa en particular, se va a tratar de movilizar al vocal de otra mesa para que sea presidente de la que está acéfala con la intención de que no tenga el primer votante estar como presidente de mesa”. “Además, porque se necesita capacitación y esto es importante que exista a la hora, sobre todo del escrutinio de mesa”, cerró.
