“La ley de motochorros es como el chicle: ‘está en boca de todos, pero no se lo traga nadie’. Legislan sobre lo obvio y sin sentido. Nosotros colaboramos con la Policía y la Policía con nosotros cada vez que la convocamos, para lo cual no hacía falta una nueva norma”, dijo ayer Enrique Romero.
El subsecretario de Tránsito de la Municipalidad de la capital cuestionó así la aplicación del plan de seguridad, que se centra en los controles callejeros por parte de las fuerzas provincial y federales.
“Es la segunda ley de motochorros, después del fracaso de la primera. Esta faculta la restricción horaria y lugares de tránsito de dos personas en moto, lo que atenta contra el artículo 14 de la Constitución Nacional (CN)”, enfatizó el funcionario, quien remarcó que la moto se ha “fabricado, salvo excepciones, para transportar a dos personas”. A la vez, criticó el punto de las obligaciones establecidas para las guarderías, que no podrán recibir rodados sin chapa patente.
Sin esta ley, la Policía Vial y los distintos organismos de control de las municipalidades pueden sancionar o secuestrar una motociclista que va sin chapa patente, casco, espejo, VTV, seguro, licencia de conducir, circular a contramano, violar luz roja, entre otras faltas. No entienden que el 95% de los motochorros está narcotizado y sus vehículos se usan como delivery del narcomenudeo”, apuntó.
Romero opinó que se debería conformar un “consejo provincial de seguridad, integrado por la oposición; y crear la Policía Judicial y la especialización en inteligencia financiera y patrimonial”, entre otras medidas.
