Así tachó la legisladora de Juntos por el Cambio, Nadima Pecci, el proyecto de ley sancionado por la Legislatura para que no puedan candidatearse personas con condenas firmes en una serie de delitos y explicó que el proyecto promovido por la oposición contemplaba diferencias en la instancia judicial.
«Desde el inicio de la gestión he presentado un proyecto de ‘ficha limpia’. Lo que buscamos es que quienes accedan a cargos electivos sean ciudadanos modelos. El Movimiento Ficha Limpia es una sociedad civil que ha denominado al proyecto del oficialismo, que se ha aprobado, como ficha sucia porque lo que plantea el oficialismo es que una persona no pueda ser candidata siempre que tenga una condena firme revisada por la Corte Suprema. Es una tomada de pelo decirle a la gente que ha sacado ‘Ficha Limpia’ cuando no han aportado nada a lo que ya existe porque las condenas de primera instancia ya plantean la inhabilidad moral para acceder a cargos públicos en los delitos de corrupción, fraude al estado, cohecho, tráfico de influencias…», planteó Pecci.
Y agregó: «la discusión en el recinto no radicaba en qué delitos incluirse sino en qué momento del proceso judicial esa persona se encontraba con una inhabilitación de carácter moral para acceder a cargos públicos. Nosotros planteamos la primera instancia. Resulta que por causas de lesa humanidad entre 1976 y 1983 sí se exige inhabilidad moral con actos de procesamiento. Es una contradicción. Esta doble vara del oficialismo es también lo que irrita a la sociedad. No es gratuito, a nivel nacional vemos que no pueden salir a la calle, sin avalar violencia ni mucho menos, pero hay un hartazgo: era la oportunidad política de la Legislatura para dar respuestas como otras provincias, incluso con mayoría peronista como aquí. Pero no han querido dejar pasar e hicieron igual que con la reforma electoral de 2015: toda una movida política que terminó en modificar dos leyes, quitar partidos comunales y nada mas».
