La Cámpora te vacuna: no son errores ni travesuras, es un plan
El vacunatorio VIP de Ginés disimuló la sucesión de mini escándalos protagonizados por jóvenes militantes alardeando de haber sido vacunados, en Giles, Chivilcoy, Rauch, Henderson, Navarro, La Plata… ¿Ventajistas espontáneos o modus operandi?
“Claramente, en un país tan grande, con tantas jurisdicciones, bueno, alguna travesura de este tipo… “, decía con indulgencia el 17 de febrero pasado el entonces todavía ministro de Salud Ginés González García.
Un error es entendible y puede disculparse. Pero la reiteración del mismo “error”, con los mismos protagonistas y argumentos, en diferentes distritos de la provincia de Buenos Aires, es una política. Muestra que, además de la inmoralidad manifiesta del usufructo individual de los recursos del Estado, hay algo más: un intento coordinado, impulsado desde el estado provincial, para copar el operativo de vacunación y hacer de La Cámpora una suerte de vanguardia sanitaria.
La Brigada Bonaerense de la Vacuna. Vecino, vecina, abuelos, nosotros conseguimos la vacuna, nosotros la tenemos, nosotros vacunamos…. La Cámpora te vacuna.
Esto no es nuevo. Ayer fue el operativo solidario con los inundados de La Plata (2013), cuando se apropiaron de las donaciones de la gente para distribuirlas con la pechera de La Cámpora. Hoy, se trata de tomar el control de la provisión -de momento escasa- de vacunas y dejar en claro que son ellos quienes las administran. A piacere.
Primero fue San Andrés de Giles, la patria chica de Héctor Cámpora -más simbólico imposible-, donde dos concejales del Frente de Todos -una de ellas presidente del Concejo Deliberante, ni más ni menos-, tuvieron que renunciar cuando se supo que se habían vacunado junto a familiares y amigos; en total, unas 20 personas ajenas a los servicios de salud.
No hubo autocrítica ni disculpas.
El caso de Chivilcoy fue más significativo porque allí el PJ está dividido entre randazzistas -que tienen la Intendencia- y kirchneristas, con presencia en el Concejo Deliberante. Esta circunstancia contribuyó a develar el juego.
Con total descaro, varios jóvenes camporistas habían hecho alarde de su vacunación en redes, fotografiándose con los dedos en V.

Desde la Intendencia y el PJ local salieron con los tapones de punta a criticar a los jóvenes.
Bastó pegarle al chancho para que apareciera el dueño. La Región Sanitaria X -o sea, el gobierno provincial- defendió el proceso de vacunación y aseguró que todos los vacunados eran “personal del sistema sanitario”. Un eufemismo que La Cámpora disipó al explicar que los jóvenes que recibieron la vacuna trabajan en las postas de vacunación o participarán del operativo en geriátricos, y que por lo tanto estaban autorizados para ser inoculados por razones sanitarias.
Los militantes de La Cámpora travestidos en agentes vacunatorios. No son médicos, ni enfermeros, no pueden administrar la vacuna. La idea es organizar y controlar. Ponerle a todo su sello. Allí donde son gobierno es sencillo; donde no lo son, eluden a las autoridades establecidas. Como en Rauch, donde el gobierno provincial ordenó que la vacuna no se aplique en el hospital municipal sino en el Hospital Geriátrico. El motivo es muy simple: en esa institución acababan de nombrar como directora a Antonela Volpe Onreita, una joven militante de la Cámpora de profesión diseñadora gráfica…
La vacuna es mía, mía, mía…
En La Plata, la joven militante del Frente de Todos que subió a las redes su foto en el momento de la vacunación, se justificó: “Estoy dando clases de teatro en un hospital, por (ser) personal de salud (sic) me correspondía”. A lo mejor estaba emulando a un sindicalista que se vacunó junto a su esposa y su hijo, con la excusa de que dirige una obra social.
En Henderson, provincia de Buenos Aires, las 450 vacunas -el lote mínimo, pues así son envasadas- sobraban para vacunar a los 350 agentes de salud de la localidad. ¿Qué correspondía hacer entonces? ¿Seguir con los mayores de 80 tal vez? ¿Vacunar a las personas de riesgo, con enfermedades crónicas?
No, ya que sobran 100, vacunemos a los amigos. Un concejal le preguntó al Intendente cuál fue el criterio usado. No recibió respuesta alguna. La sospecha es que se vacunó a empleados municipales y a militantes oficialistas. En todo caso, transparencia cero.
En Navarro, localidad vecina a Mercedes, tampoco hubo explicaciones tras la denuncia de que se habían vacunado concejales y funcionarios oficialistas antes que los trabajadores de la salud y la población en general. El cruce entre oposición y oficialismo en el Concejo fue desopilante. La presidente del cuerpo, Paola Magiotti, dijo: “Las respuestas ya fueron dadas, se termina el cuestionario por decisión de la presidencia”; o sea, ella misma.
“Eso es autoritarismo”, protestó el concejal de Juntos por el Cambio Mateo Natalini. “Totalmente”, le contestó Magiotti. Incrédulo, Natalini insistió: “El debate no lo puede terminar usted, las preguntas no las puede terminar usted. Así se manejan…”.
“Sí, y por eso estamos acá, porque nos manejamos así”, replicó ella.
Esta avanzada sobre la campaña de vacunación empezó incluso antes de la llegada de las primeras dosis de la Sputnik V, con la consigna de salir a inscribir a la gente para vacunarse.
El Gobierno, como si no tuviera a disposición instituciones, organismos y registros de sobra -Ansés, Pami, obras sociales, etc- como para saber cuál y cuánta población vacunar; como si no tuviera suficientes medios para comunicarse con la gente y convocarla según criterios etarios, de ocupación o sanitarios, optó por lanzar a la calle a la militancia en lo que antes que una campaña de vacunación parecía una de afiliación: “La Cámpora te vacuna”.
Supongamos que hubiese sido realmente necesario el empadronamiento de los bonaerenses: ¿por qué debía hacerlo una agrupación política? Los recursos de la campaña anti Covid no salen de la caja partidaria sino de las arcas del Estado.
El objetivo no es optimizar el proceso de inmunización de la población sino extender el clientelismo -ahora sanitario-, la propaganda y el usufructo de los recursos colectivos por una facción.
Hace unos días, el gobernador Axel Kicillof anunciaba que “más de dos millones de bonaerenses ya se inscribieron para recibir la vacuna”, en un tono eufórico difícil de entender.

Los argumentos de la chica esencial que enseña teatro en el hospital y por eso se vacunó
Que la gente está remisa a vacunarse es algo inventado por ellos mismos; e incomprobable hasta que no haya vacunas suficientes para todos. Los antivacuna son una corriente absolutamente marginal, pero si no existiera el oficialismo la inventaría porque de la polarización vive.
Inflaron la oposición a la vacuna para poder atribuirse más méritos.
Aunque parezcan de menor escala en comparación con el Vacunatorio VIP, estas descaradas apropiaciones de recursos públicos además escasos y destinados a un área tan sensible como la Salud no son menos indignantes porque derivan de un sentimiento de impunidad por un lado y de la voluntad de apropiación sectaria por el otro. No fueron casos aislados. Accidentes de recorrido. O algún electrón perdido. Es un plan de copamiento y usufructo de la campaña de vacunación.
Operado además a través de una militancia juvenil que sorprende por el grado de excelencia con el cual ha desarrollado todos los vicios de la política “liberal burguesa” contra la cual despotrica en los papeles.
Pero algo bueno podría tal vez salir del escándalo del vacunatorio VIP de Ginés González García, que por otra parte no ha concluido porque más revelaciones vendrán seguramente a ahondar la desconfianza de los argentinos hacia la clase política.
Han quedado tan al descubierto que tal vez no tengan más remedio que organizar una campaña de vacunación que desmienta que en este país los únicos privilegiados son ellos mismos.
