Presentan una moción de censura contra Manzur

Diputados de Juntos por el Cambio van contra el jefe de Gabinete por lo que califican como un “vacío de poder”. La “moción de censura” está establecida en la Constitución, que prevé la interpelación de ese funcionario. 

El diputado nacional Gerardo Milman, junto a Cristian Ritondo y otros diputados anunciaron la presentación de una moción de censura contra el jefe de Gabinete de Ministros, Juan Luis Manzur, “por causales que determina la Constitución Nacional”, tal cual describió Milman en sus redes.

Según el diputado de Juntos por el Cambio, “el jefe de Gabinete de Ministros es quien representa al Gobierno ante la Cámara de Diputados y no puede distanciarse del vergonzante enfrentamiento de egos que se produjo desde las PASO del 2020 hasta nuestros días. Este vacío de poder que provocaron solo trae deterioro del tejido social y de toda la economía de nuestro país”.

La moción de censura está contemplada en el artículo 101° de la Constitución Nacional que establece el mandato para que el jefe de Gabinete concurra todos los meses al Congreso y además establece que “puede ser interpelado a los efectos del tratamiento de una moción de censura, por el voto de la mayoría absoluta de los miembros de cada una de las Cámaras”.

En la presentación ante la Cámara de Diputados, el proyecto manifiesta que “al ser responsable de la administración del Estado, el jefe de Gabinete debe también hacerse responsable de las consecuencias de los  actos de sus dos jefes directos como lo son el presidente y la vicepresidente de la Nación”. Agregan que Manzur, al asumir el cargo en la Jefatura de Gabinete, “también asumió la misión de encauzar no solo un gobierno, sino también la coordinación política de las dos máximas figuras que esperamos que gobiernen hasta el 9 de diciembre del 2023”.

En ese marco sostiene Milman que este funcionario “no solo falló como dirigente político, sino que también falló como administrador de la cosa pública. No detuvo los ataques a la prensa, al campo, a los jueces, a la Corte Suprema; no fue capaz de coordinar a 22 ministros para que asuman un rumbo claro. No supo ser el vocero o comunicador de las medidas más importantes que supuestamente tomó este gobierno durante su mandato, sino que ‘saraseó’ con encomendarnos a Dios para salir adelante; prometió solucionar la falta de gasoil de una semana a la otra sin tener en cuenta que jugaba con la esperanza de los transportistas y sus familias, encareciendo aún más los productos por los costos de logística provocada por la crisis energética generada por la imprevisión del mismo Gobierno”.

Y continuó: “No supo ordenar la inseguridad, ni siquiera estuvo encima de su ministro de Seguridad para que lo hiciera, que más que combatir el delito parecía un panelista de 6-7-8 comentando una realidad inexistente”.

Agregan que “el jefe de Gabinete no protegió a la industria nacional, no promovió exportaciones, permitió que el país fuera un colador de agentes del terrorismo internacional, pero por sobre todas las cosas, no fue un firme y eficiente defensor de la Constitución Nacional”.

La extensa presentación del bloque de Juntos por el Cambio finaliza manifestando que “este es un aporte valioso que, en el marco de nuestra carta magna, que permitirá descomprimir la figura vapuleada, por su propio partido, del presidente Alberto Fernández y le dará una oportunidad para usar la lapicera y redactar un rumbo esperanzador que nos lleve al puerto de elecciones democráticas que permitan el surgimiento de una nueva esperanza al pueblo argentino en el año 2023”.
