«Queremos recuperar el Parque de la Joven Argentina, revalorizar la costanera del Río Gastona, desarrollar una zona gastronómica y de esparcimiento nocturno al sur de Concepción, concretar la Ciudad Judicial y también un Polo Religioso, revalorizando el patrimonio cultural e inmaterial para generar atractivos turísticos en nuestra ciudad», explicó Albarracín.
El Decano Arq. Ramazzotti comentó que «los alumnos vienen trabajando en estos proyectos de ordenamiento urbano desde el 2020 y lo hicieron en pandemia, de modo remoto, lo cual le da un plus al producto que hoy se presentó». Y añadió «nos sentimos plenamente satisfechos con este convenio y con la posibilidad de seguir concretando otros proyectos con la ciudad de Concepción».
